What is Permangola?

Permaculture + Capoeira Angola =Permangola

Permangola is a series of workshops that provide an introduction into alternative systems of construction, sustainable agriculture, energy and Capoeira Angola here in Valenca, BA.

The event will focus on the on the integration of Capoeira Angola with permaculture’s principles and ethics. The activities offered in this event include Capoeira training, eco construction (adobe and local systems) and agroforestry for areas in need of reforestation.

(Includes 3 meals daily and campsite)

Groups: Bringing three people, all receive a 10% discount. Four or more people, each receives a 15% discount. Groups of 10 persons, we offer two full scholarships.

Suggestions: Bring a tent or stay in a room residence of our partners ($R 15 to 30/day). Also need: mattress pad, bed linen, towels, sarongs, sunscreen, flashlight. Those who come by car can bring even the hammocks, personal food, musical instruments, etc. Bring your tent for camping, mat, sheets, small and lightweight blanket, towels, clothes for cold and heat and covers and pads for occasional rain.
